After-School Activities

PTA Sponsored After-School Activities (FLEX)

  • The Spring session dates are 4/10 - 6/11.
  • Registration will begin at 7AM on 3/8 and close at 5PM on 4/3.
  • You can review classes, read descriptions, and learn more about the instructions here.

  • Please refer to the PTA website for more info, class descriptions and links to register.
  • Many of the after school activity communications will be sent from our school list serve, BradleyNet. To Join BradleyNet email bradleynet-subscribe@yahoogroups.com with subscribe in the subject line. Please provide name, email address, and child(ren)’s name(s) and grades.

Flex After School Activities Dismissal Procedures

The winter session of Flex After School Activities is in full swing! All classes run from 3:40-4:40pm. Please review the dismissal procedures below for all Flex programs and share them with your child. The procedures are the same as they were in the fall. 

*If your child is participating in another after school activity, not sponsored by Flex, please work directly with your child's teacher to ensure they are aware of your child’s participation and can provide appropriate guidance at dismissal.

1. Flex Transition and Dismissal Procedures:
  • Please put a note in your child's backpack only on the first day your child participates in an After School Activity indicating the class your child will be attending that day. You DO NOT have to write a note each time your child has an activity! 
2. Transition from Classroom to After School Activity:
  • At the end of the school day, classes w/ their assigned room number will be announced by the office.  Students will do the following:
    • Kindergarten and 1st grade students will meet and line up in the hallway outside of Ms. Davis's 1st grade classroom.
    • 2nd - 5th grade students will report directly to their assigned classrooms.  All classrooms with a Flex activity will have a green sign indicating the activity name.

  • Students attending After Care will report to After Care FIRST.  They will be checked in and escorted to their classrooms to find their After School Activity instructor. 

  • On Site Coordinators will be in the building every afternoon at dismissal to help students get to their assigned destination. 
3. Pick Up Procedures:
  • Students will be escorted to the front of the building for parents to pick up at the front entrance.  They must be signed out with the Flex On Site Coordinator. 

  • After Care students will be escorted back to After Care.

  • Students must be picked up by parents and others as approved.

  • Please be ON TIME for pickup.
*If your child is going to be absent from their After School Activity, you must contact Flex Academies to let them know.
